Terms & License

These terms cover the purchase and use of Ilo Raw, Ilo Color Tools, Ilo Retouch and Ilo Animation (the “Software”), sold by ilo (“we”, “us”). By buying or using the Software you agree to them.

1. License

When you buy a plan we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on up to two (2) computers at a time, for the duration of your plan (six months, one year, or lifetime). Lifetime licenses do not expire for the product version line you purchased, including its updates.

2. What you may not do

You may not share, resell, rent or publish license keys; circumvent or tamper with license checks; or copy, decompile, modify or redistribute the Software except as permitted by law.

3. Your work

Everything you create with the Software belongs to you. The Software processes your files on your own computer and does not upload them.

4. Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and charged once through Stripe at checkout; applicable taxes may be added. Time-limited plans do not renew automatically. Your license key is delivered immediately after payment.

5. Refunds

See our refund policy — full refund within 72 hours of purchase.

6. Updates and support

Updates are included for the length of your plan. We provide support by email; see the support page.

7. Third-party software

Adobe, Illustrator and Photoshop are trademarks of Adobe Inc.; the Software is not affiliated with or endorsed by Adobe. The Software includes open-source components (LibRaw, ONNX Runtime, U²-Net) under their respective licenses. Features that use Photoshop require your own licensed copy of Photoshop.

8. Warranty and liability

The Software is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license. Always keep backups of important work.

9. Termination

We may deactivate a license that is used in breach of these terms. You may stop using the Software at any time.
