Refunds

We want you to be happy with what you bought. If a tool isn’t right for you, you can get a full refund within 72 hours of purchase — no questions asked. Try it on real work the day you buy it.

How to ask

Email support@ilo.tools from the address you used at checkout (or include your license key). We refund to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After a refund

The license key is deactivated. Images you already developed stay in your documents.

Bundles

A bundle is refunded as a whole; all of its keys are deactivated.

After 72 hours

If something doesn’t work as described, contact us anyway — we fix problems first and handle refunds case by case where required by consumer law. License keys are digital goods delivered instantly, so the refund window above replaces a longer cancellation period wherever the law allows it.
